SOLID is an advanced LED luminaire designed for professional street, road, and urban lighting applications. The fixture has been engineered for demanding infrastructure projects where reliability, maximum luminous efficiency, and long-term durability are critical. Thanks to modern LED technology and a precisely designed optical system, SOLID achieves luminous efficacy of up to 195 lm/W, positioning it among the most efficient road lighting luminaires currently available on the market.

The luminaire is designed for illuminating urban roads, high-traffic streets, local roads, parking areas, industrial sites, and transport infrastructure. With up to 23 dedicated optical distributions, the lighting performance can be precisely tailored to the requirements of specific road or urban lighting projects. This ensures uniform illumination of roadways, sidewalks, and surrounding areas while minimizing glare and maximizing energy efficiency.

The housing is made of high-quality die-cast aluminum, providing exceptional mechanical strength and efficient thermal management for LED modules. The slim and modern design combines aesthetic integration with urban infrastructure and high structural durability. A special protective coating ensures resistance to UV radiation, corrosion, and salt mist, allowing the luminaire to operate reliably even in harsh environmental conditions.

The luminaire features a dual-chamber construction separating the optical chamber from the electrical compartment. This design significantly improves operational reliability and simplifies maintenance procedures. Additionally, a five-point locking system ensures uniform sealing of the optical chamber, protecting critical components from moisture and contaminants.

SOLID includes comprehensive protection systems required for modern lighting infrastructure. As standard, the luminaire is equipped with a 20 kV surge protection device, safeguarding electronic components from grid voltage spikes. The fixture meets high protection classes of IP66 / IP67 and mechanical resistance IK09 / IK10, ensuring long-term performance in public environments.

The design incorporates replaceable drivers, optical systems, and LED modules, significantly extending the product lifecycle and allowing easy upgrades in the future. This approach reduces total cost of ownership and enables long-term operation without the need to replace the entire luminaire.

SOLID supports all major lighting control standards used in modern lighting systems, including 1–10 V, DALI, DALI-2, and D4i. Wireless configuration is possible through NFC programming. The luminaire can also be equipped with Zhaga Book 18 and/or NEMA 7-pin sockets, enabling integration with advanced lighting management platforms and Smart City systems.

With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +50°C, SOLID performs reliably in all climatic conditions. The luminaire allows adjustable tilt angles and can be installed on both poles and outreach arms, providing flexibility in lighting design and installation.
