Context & Challenge
Olesno Municipality is carrying out an investment aimed at improving the energy efficiency and quality of street lighting. The existing luminaires were characterized by high energy consumption and lower lighting efficiency, which is why a comprehensive replacement with modern LED solutions was planned.
Scope & Solution
The project includes the dismantling and disposal of existing lighting luminaires, as well as the supply and installation of new LED luminaires. The scope also includes performing new power compensation and preparing a geoinformation inventory of the lighting infrastructure. As part of the investment, up to 745 lighting luminaires are planned to be replaced.
Outcome
The result of the investment will be a modern and more energy-efficient street lighting system, improving the safety and comfort of residents after dark. The modernization will reduce electricity consumption and lower the operating costs of the lighting infrastructure.
